Ambient Art Experience warp
In the development of this there has been worked together on a base of need with other artists or technical partners.
The first project is TOAS – the act of sensing. This is based on concepts of Gijs van Bon and Erwin van Doorn, right now (2006) carried out by Gijs van Bon, Mander Lieftink, in cooperation with the company Metatronics (Eindhoven). The expectations iare that the project will be finished for public introduction at the end of 2006.
Th second project is OSMOSE, an idea of Mirijam van Overbeek.
The third project is Corridor, Jérôme Siegelaer.
Workshops NetArt
For artist and students at the CKV an series of workshops was organized at 19 till 22 october 2004. An introduction to diverse types of media usage, by artists, is the red thread. For artists an program is put together with there own work as a template. For CKV students an introduction with internet-art is being held on account of the CKV-week (www.cspe.nl). To discover the possibilities and to trace the origin is the core activity.
MADbuzz
On a regular base, MAD organizes group trips to events/locations, nearby or far away, that are of interest to artists and/or technicians. Transportation in comfortable space-wagon or VIPbus is arranged, creating the possibility to informally come in contact in a special way. Previously visited locations: Montevideo-time based arts, Mediamatic Salon in Baby, V2 Wiretap, Doors of Perception, Studium Generale TU/e.
